CRASH RATING BOOM BARRIER

Crash Rated Boom Barrier is designed with advanced hydraulics drive mechanisms and an internal locking circuit controller, ensuring automatic shut-off in fully raised or lowered positions with limit switches. It also allows manual operation in case of power failure. The PCB electronics feature automatically switch off the motor in case of a fault, enhancing safety and efficiency. With a blocking height of 110 cm and dimensions of 125 mm x 75 mm, it offers a quick opening and closing time of 5-8 seconds. The robust steel structure complies with K4, K8, and K12 standards, and is galvanized for corrosion protection. It has an ingress protection rating of IP 54 and a duty cycle of 100%. The barrier operates efficiently within a temperature range of -15 to +55°C and can handle humidity levels up to 98%. It consumes 1300 W of power and requires a 3 Phase, 400-440 V, AC 50-60 Hz power supply, with an absorbed current of 3-5 A.
